mandarin oriental hosted their annual GM dinner at the mandarin oriental Jumeirah. gosha buro created an immersive supper club experience for the guests travelling from all around the globe to attend the event. guests entered through the kitchen where chefs put on a spectacle, clouds of smoke, guests were offered a drink from the fridge. kitchen led to the lounge area, with mis-matched furniture, where guests gathered until the whole party had arrived. the door with ‘are you a fan?’ neon sign, were then opened, unveiling the dining room. in true mandarin oriental style it was designed with a hand made fan installation, including menu’s opening up as a fan. the menu were inspired by famous mandarin oriental fans favourite dishes from hotels across the world.  the night ended in the library bar, with a cloud-like paper installation overing the full room as if in a dream.
