bussola at the westin mina seyahi, the famous Italian restaurant, launched its beach club; mare by bussola with a huge party. taking inspiration from a beach side destination in Italy, the set-design included fresh lemons & an artisan Italian bread installation. cocktails could be enjoyed along with the lavish Italian menu served from food stations, highlights included pasta served from a parmesan wheel and an oyster man serving fresh oysters from his cart to guests lounging by the pool. the party continued into the night with music and dancing.
